Promote Your Best Risk Management Practices

Coverys invites you to submit a proposal to present at the 2019 Coverys Risk Management Summit. We are seeking Best Practices presentations to add to the educational content and breadth of the Summit. The Coverys Risk Management Summit is a two-day event held at Coverys-hosted locations across the country. This annual meeting offers attendees the opportunity to network with peers as well as participate in presentations by thought leaders and national experts in healthcare risk management. Presentations will be live streamed from Michigan to additional locations hosted by Coverys. Attendees at all locations will experience a rich, interactive meeting by participating in polls, submitting questions in real time, and taking part in group discussions. Previous Best Practices presentation topics included: professional practice evaluation, behavioral health and de-escalation training, proactive approach to patient safety, and the life cycle of a patient safety event.

The Call for Presentations is open until March 22, 2019. Programs should be one hour in length, including a brief session for question and answer. Our planning team will evaluate all proposals for the following criteria: structure and content, transferability, and content validity and strategy. In addition to a complimentary full conference registration, Coverys will provide speakers with lodging expenses and meal reimbursement during the seminar.
